🧾 Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mangaldeep NX Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that shopping online can be tricky, especially when it comes to ethnic wear. That’s why we’ve designed a fair and transparent return, refund, and cancellation policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.

 

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Return requests must be raised within 3-5 days of delivery.

✅ Eligible Returns:

·         Wrong product delivered

·         Manufacturing defect

·         Damaged product received

📷 Note: Please share clear opening parcel videos and photos of the defect while raising your return request. This helps us process your return smoothly.

❌ Non-Eligible Returns:

·         Products disliked after delivery

·         Size issues (please refer to size chart before ordering)

·         Minor color variation due to lighting/screens

·         Customized or altered products

·         Sale items (with 10% or more discount), unless defective

🧵 Customized, made-to-order, or altered outfits are non-returnable and non-refundable under any condition unless they have a defect.

 

🔄 Exchange Policy

If your product is eligible for return, you can opt for:

·         Replacement (if available)

·         Full Refund

·         Store Credit (valid for 90 days)

📦 Pickup service is available for eligible returns. For non-eligible returns (like dislikes), customers must ship the product themselves.

 

📩 How to Request a Return

1.      Email us at contact@mangaldeep.co.in or WhatsApp us with +91 93772 22211:

o    Order ID

o    Reason for return

o    Parcel opening video & product photos

2.      Our team will verify and approve the return request within 2 business days.

3.      Once approved, we will arrange pickup (if applicable) or provide the return address.

4.      After receiving and inspecting the item, we will initiate your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

🕒 Ready-to-Ship Products:

·         Orders once placed cannot be canceled.

🕓 Made-to-Order Products:

·         Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

·         After 24 hours, cancellation will incur a 10% processing fee, and the balance will be issued as store credit (valid for 90 days).

💳 Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the same mode as payment:

·         Online Payments: Refunded to the original payment method

·         Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI

·         Store Credit: Issued as a coupon usable on future purchases

Refund timeline: 7-10 business days after return approval & product inspection.

📦 Return Shipping Responsibility

·         If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we bear all shipping costs.

·         If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., dislike), the customer bears the return shipping cost.

⚠️ Important Notes

·         Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with tags.

·         Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

·         Any disputes or concerns must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
