Shipping policy
At Mangaldeep NX, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and at minimal cost — both in India and worldwide.
1. Shipping & Handling
- We deliver to all postal addresses across India and internationally.
- Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a full street address with a correct pin code/zip code.
- For international deliveries, if no one is available to receive the package, the courier company may leave it at your doorstep. No signature confirmation will be provided in such cases.
🚚 Note: Ensure someone is present at the address during delivery to avoid any delivery disputes.
2. Delivery Days
- No deliveries are made on Saturday and Sunday in countries with a 5-day work week.
- In many Islamic countries, Friday is a non-working day.
- Deliveries are attempted only during standard courier working hours, which vary by country.
3. Shipping Cost
- Shipping charges are not included in the product prices.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order (rounded up to the next 500 grams) as per courier company policies.
- International shipping costs vary depending on order size, weight, and destination.
4. Dispatch Process & Confirmation
- For custom alterations, measurements are taken via video call with our expert tailors. As virtual measurements are used, minor alterations (if required) must be done locally at your end.
- A Dispatch Confirmation Email will be sent. If we do not receive any response within 24 hours, we will proceed to ship your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Courier company name
- Estimated delivery date
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
- If a courier company charges a penalty for incorrect address information, the customer will bear the cost.
- Please verify your shipping address carefully when placing your order.
7. Address Changes

8. Shipment to Hostels, Hotels, Colleges, etc.
- Shipping to Hotels/Colleges/Hostels is done at the customer's own risk.
- If the warden or reception refuses to accept the package, we are not responsible for refunds, re-shipments, or credits.
9. Courier Delivery Attempts
- International couriers will attempt two deliveries.
- If delivery fails, the package must be picked up from the nearest courier office at the customer's expense.
- Any additional delivery rescheduling charges will be borne by the customer.
10. Transit Risk
- All shipments are fully insured by us at no extra cost.
- We are responsible for transit losses but not responsible for theft or damage after delivery to the address.
- If a shipment is lost in transit, we will reprocess the order after 15 working days, subject to product availability.
11. Delivery Time Estimates
- Estimated shipping times are mentioned with each product.
- If products from different shipping timelines are ordered together, the dispatch will be based on the product with the longest shipping time.
- Delays due to stock unavailability or other reasons will be communicated via email. No compensation will be provided for delays.
- Delivery times are approximate and subject to change.
12. Delays Due to Natural Events
- Delays caused by events such as floods, earthquakes, snowstorms, tsunamis, or other natural calamities are beyond our control.
13. VAT, Customs Duties, and Import Taxes
- Customs, VAT, or import duties vary by country and must be paid by the buyer directly.
- These charges are not included in our prices and are not under our control.
- The courier company may also charge additional service fees.

14. RBI Guidelines for Payment and Shipping
- Orders paid in foreign currency must be delivered outside of India as per RBI guidelines.
- For delivery within India, payment must be made in INR through Indian credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or other local methods.
- If you face issues at checkout, switch your payment to INR.
